How to register a Power of Attorney
If your client would like to add a Power of Attorney (POA) to their investment, they'll need to complete this
form, and return it (with the relevant POA documents and identification) to:

We can also accept scanned documents via email, however, these will take longer to process. We’ll need to contact the Office of the Public Guardian to verify them, meaning we'll be reliant on their turnaround times.
