How do I update my client's details?

To update your client's telephone number or email, please give us a call on 0800 316 2067

To update your client's address, we either need verbal confirmation over the phone, or proof of your clients new address via email, to support@octopusinvestments.com. Please attach one of the following documents:

  • Utility bill (dated within the last three months)
  • Bank statement (dated within the last three months)
  • Council tax bill (dated within the last three months)
  • Driving license

If your client lives in a care home and no longer receives these documents to their address, we can accept a letter (with a wet signature) from the manager of the care home, confirming their residence.
