What is the VCT certificates table?
This table provides you with details of the share certificates that your client has received.
Issue Date
This is the date that the certificate was created by Computershare, the VCT's registrar.
Certificate Number
This is the unique reference number associated to the share certificate.
Quantity (shares)
The number of shares that the certificate was issued for.
Certificate Status
To check on the validity of the certificate, the shareholder should check the Computershare portal. This table will provide you with details of the share certificates that the investor has received.
