What is the VCT dividends table?

The VCT dividends table will provide you with details of the dividends your client has received.

Payment Date

The date the dividend was paid

Payment Method

This is how the dividend was received. When investing into a VCT, you can opt to have your dividends paid out in cash, or you can have them re-invested back into the VCT to receive more shares (DRIS).

Share holding

This shows the number of shares held in the VCT, after the dividend payment was made.

Dividend per Share

This is the monetary figure that will be paid for each share you hold in the VCT.

Amount

This is the total dividend amount paid. This can be calculated by multiplying the ‘Dividend per share’ by the ‘Share holding’.

Total

This figure shows the total monetary amount of all dividend payments received since investing into the VCT.
