How do I update my details?

To update your telephone number or email, please give us a call on 0800 316 2295

To update your address, we either need verbal confirmation over the phone, or proof of your new address via email to investorsupport@octopusinvestments.com. When emailing, please also attach one of the following documents:

  • Utility bill (dated within the last three months)
  • Bank statement (dated within the last three months)
  • Council tax bill (dated within the last three months)
  • Driving licence

If you live in a care home and no longer receive these documents to your address, we can accept a letter (with a wet signature) from the manager of the care home, confirming your residence.
