When are initial fees paid?

Initial fees for VCTs are paid 1-2 weeks after the allotment of shares, not after funds have been received.  

Please note, you’re unable to view fees for this product in your client’s portfolio. If you need exact amounts and dates paid, you can find these on your commission statements.

Other products

Initial fees for all other products are typically paid within 1-2 weeks of investment into a portfolio.

You can view the initial fees for all other products on the cash statement of the portfolio valuation. Alternatively, the fees and dates paid can be found on your commission statements.

If you’re not part of a network and need access to commission statements, then we'll require a Director or Partner at your firm to email support@octopusinvestments.com confirming your access.
