Where can I find a client's VCT certificates?

Computershare, the VCT registrar, will post your client's income tax relief certificates with their original share certificates, around 21 working days after their shares are allotted.

Your client can access their income tax relief certificates through the Computershare online portal here. Alternatively, you can contact us on on 0800 316 2067 or support@octopusinvestments.com, and we can email you a copy.

Your client's share certificate shows the number of shares allotted and provides proof of ownership. They'll need it when they want to sell their investment in the future. If they lose their share certificate, there may be a charge for a replacement.
